| Armando Garcia, President
As the President of Dicar Networks, Armando plans the strategy for Dicar Networks to deliver value to customers and oversees the execution of the business fundamentals. Armando originally started Dicar Inc, a separate manufacturing/engineering company, while attending San Jose State University. While at San Jose State University, Armando majored in Marketing and minored in Finance. As Dicar Inc began to grow, Armando started to come across customers looking for products and services all across the IT spectrum. Prior to starting Dicar Networks in 2003, Armando founded Arcom Electronics which generated $80 million in annual revenue. When Armando isn’t busy running Dicar Networks, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading nonfiction, wine, cooking and golf.

 | Jennifer Fagan, Director of Sales
Jennifer Fagan is Dicar Networks’ Director of Sales. As Director of Sales, Jennifer develops and manages sales within the company. She loves to keep up with new technology and specializes in sales that deal with VoIP, managed services, wireless and network security. Prior to joining Dicar Networks in 2005, Jennifer attained a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology from San Diego State University and worked as a Personal Trainer. Apart from the hard work Jennifer puts in for Dicar Networks, she spends her time with her son and husband as well as going to the gym, boating, and watching sports.

 | John Fagan, Project Manager and Operations Manager
John is Dicar Networks’ Project Manager and Operations Manager, and holds industry leading certifications including RCDD (Registered Communications Distribution Designer), TPM (Telecommunications Project Manager) and BICSI Installer 2. As the Project Manager and Operations Manager for Dicar Networks, John manages client projects, installations, the cabling department and internal operations. This includes job walks and proposals, as well as making sure the projects are completed on-time, under budget, and exceed customer expectations.
John is a graduate from San Jose State University with a degree in psychology. He played on San Jose State’s 2000 College World Series Baseball Team and was drafted by the Houston Astros in the 33rd round of the 2001 amateur baseball draft. He spent 6 years playing professional baseball in the Houston Astros Organization, and in 2003 he led the Houston Astros minor league system in homeruns. Though he only played 2 years at San Jose State, John still holds the career homerun record with 25.
John is also a dedicated Real Estate Broker (www.SVHomesAndEstates.com) and founder of Silicon Valley Baseball, offering private baseball hitting lessons to local youth baseball players (www.SiliconValleyBaseball.com). “I love helping people, that’s why I initially entered and am still active in real estate, but baseball is in my blood. That’s why I started Silicon Valley Baseball, a batting cage exclusively for private hitting instruction. I think about the memories I have from playing baseball and hope I can help others to have that same opportunity.” John spends the little bit of leisure time he has with his wife and son, and also enjoys golfing.

 | Vlad Sharoiko, Director of Technical Services
Since 2005, Vlad Sharoiko has been Dicar Networks’ Director of Technical Services. He helps clients with technical support and networking, and is also certified as a Check Point Security Certified Associate, Check Point Security Certified Expert, Adtran Certified Support Associate, and Altigen Certified Engineer. His previous technical work experience involved working within companies like BelTelecom, Transagon, and Barbed Wired Technologies. Vlad obtained his Masters Degree in 1993 at Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics. In the small amount of leisure time that Vlad has, he likes to play the guitar and listen to music.
