San Jose, CA, February 25, 2010 — Dicar Networks’ President, Armando Garcia, has taken initiative to help the struggling economy by hiring four new interns to help with marketing, administrative duties, IT support, lead generation, and planning for future interns.
The four interns Angie Ngo, Cindy Fung, Daniel Sun, and Michael Lau have been hard at work to help Dicar Networks increase their customer base as well as building their knowledge outside of the classroom. This is an incredible opportunity Dicar Networks has provided for all four interns to gain experience in their respective career fields.
Angie Ngo is Dicar Networks’ administrative intern who is working under Project and Operations Manager, John Fagan, otherwise known as “The Cable Guy”. Angie is currently studying Business and Marketing at San Jose State University. She help’s Cindy with creating and editing emails for their marketing campaign as well as updating the Dicar Networks database and doing administrative office duties.
Cindy Fung is the marketing intern for Dicar Networks. She’s a graduate from University of California Santa Cruz with a Bachelors degree in Business Management and Economics. Currently, Cindy has devised a 90 day marketing plan for Dicar Networks. This 90 day marketing plan consists of email campaigns, website updates, direct mailers, introducing Dicar Networks to social networking sites, telemarketing, cold calling, and much more. As things progress, Cindy will be joining Jennifer Fagan, Director of Sales, as a Junior Sales Associate for Dicar Networks.
Daniel Sun is the IT intern, who is developing a business development process for future interns and entry level sales associates to learn and sell Dicar Networks’ Total Care Managed Services. The process is geared to simplify the sales processes for new incoming trainees, so they know what Dicar Networks is about, what Dicar does, and what Dicar Networks can offer to our customers. Currently Daniel is a student at San Jose State University studying Management Information Systems.
Lastly, Michael Lau is an intern for Dicar’s manufacturing services to promote their “Concept to Finished Product” offering. Michael is currently studying Business Management at San Jose State University.
