SAN JOSE, CA - February 5, 2008 – Dicar Networks today announced the acquisition of Alliance Telephony Solutions (ATS) located in Morgan Hill, California.
The combination of Dicar Networks and ATS will allow the company to provide enhanced telecommunication and telephony network solutions and superior security and managed services. Together the set of companies will meet a broader set of customer needs and have a significantly greater opportunity to transition into new markets.
Dicar Networks, a vertically integrated telecommunication and Information Technology services leader marks this acquisition as a major milestone.
